When you donate to your Memory Trees Giving Account, we will allocate your donated funds to various community upliftment projects, globally. A Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) is a charitable Giving Account that allows individuals, families, or organizations to make a tax-deductible contribution to a fund, which is then managed by Memory Trees (the sponsoring organization). Donors are granted the privilege of suggesting how much funds are distributed annually, and to which public charities, over time. Memory Trees handles the administration, and ensures compliance with legal and tax requirements.
2. Charity has no borders! For our Global Giving services, we take pride in aligning our interests with those of our clients by levying nominal, modest fees for funds received and transferred globally, on behalf of donors and grantees.
3. For Donor Managed Funds - investment portfolio management services - fees are calculated as a modest percentage of the annual profit we generate. In the absence of a positive return on investment there is no fee. This approach ensures that our team is deeply committed to maximizing your returns, as our success is directly tied to yours. As a non-profit organization, Memory Trees offers U.S. clients a unique advantage: our annual fee qualifies as a tax-deductible contribution.
Moreover, any profits we generate are thoughtfully directed toward impactful charitable initiatives, rather than being allocated to extravagant offices or facilities - a practice often favored by traditional Wall Street institutions.
